1. Using Libélula
These terms apply to the creative studio at https://ads.libelula.bo, operated under the Libélula name. By using the studio, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Contact: jmealla@todotix.com.
2. Accounts and authorized access
You are responsible for safeguarding your studio account and connecting only social accounts and Facebook Pages you are authorized to manage. You must meet the age and eligibility requirements of the platforms you use. Do not share credentials or use the studio to bypass another person’s permissions.
3. Your content and publishing instructions
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant Libélula and necessary service providers permission to store, process, transform and transmit that content solely to operate the studio and carry out your instructions. You are responsible for obtaining intellectual-property, privacy and publicity rights for uploads and published content.
Publishing now or scheduling a post authorizes us to transmit that content and caption to your selected connected account. Review your content and destination before submitting. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for checking it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or otherwise prohibited content, spam, or material that violates TikTok or Meta policies. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or expose other people’s personal information without a lawful basis.
5. Third-party platforms and availability
TikTok, Meta, sign-in and AI services are third parties with their own terms. Account approval, permissions, rate limits, media processing and outages can delay or prevent publication. Scheduled times are targets, not guarantees. We do not guarantee platform acceptance, audience reach, engagement, advertising results, or uninterrupted availability.
Facebook posting targets Pages, not personal profiles. Instagram publishing requires an eligible professional account linked to an authorized Facebook Page. Published posts are not paid advertising campaigns unless a separate advertising feature explicitly creates one.
6. Disconnection, suspension and deletion
You can disconnect social accounts from Accounts or revoke access with the social platform. Pending Meta publications are cancelled on Meta disconnection. We may restrict access for misuse, security threats or legal requirements. You may request account/data deletion using the Data deletion instructions. Previously published content remains on the social platform until removed there.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Libélula does not warrant that AI output or third-party publishing will be error-free and is not responsible for platform decisions or losses caused by third-party outages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
