Data deletion

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Disconnect a social account

Sign in to Libélula, open Accounts, and choose Disconnect for TikTok or Meta. This removes the stored authorization for that connection. Disconnecting Meta also cancels pending Facebook and Instagram posts. It does not erase your studio account, creatives or content already posted to social platforms.

You can revoke access directly in TikTok’s connected-app settings, or in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → Libélula → Remove (labels may vary). For Meta, our verified removal callback deletes associated Meta authorization and app-side Meta publishing history when received.

Request account or data deletion

  1. Email jmealla@todotix.com from the email used for your studio account.
  2. Use the subject “Libélula data deletion request”. Include your account email and specify whether you want your entire studio account deleted or only TikTok/Meta connection and publishing information removed.
  3. Do not include passwords, access tokens or other credentials. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account.

We will respond with the request’s status and any verification steps. Full-account deletion is handled by our support team, not automatically by visiting this page.

What is removed

A full-account request covers your studio profile, saved creatives/uploads, scheduled posts and stored social authorization records, subject to information we must retain for legal or security reasons. Removing only a connection leaves your studio creatives available.

Meta can send a signed data-deletion request to Libélula. After verifying it, we remove that Meta user’s stored connection credentials and associated Meta publishing records from the app. Meta receives a confirmation code and this page’s address once the request has completed. A confirmation code identifies that provider request; visiting this page alone does not initiate or verify deletion.

Posts on social platforms and backups

Libélula cannot erase posts already published to TikTok, Facebook or Instagram as part of an app-data deletion request. Remove those posts directly on the relevant platform. Provider backups may retain deleted information temporarily, and legally required records may be retained.
