1. Who we are
Libélula provides the creative studio at https://ads.libelula.bo for generating, editing, scheduling and publishing content. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the studio. Contact us at jmealla@todotix.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information used to sign in, such as your email, account ID and basic profile information supplied by your sign-in provider.
- TikTok: basic profile identifiers, display name and avatar, authorization connection details, and the videos and captions you ask us to post.
- Meta: Facebook user ID and name, the IDs and names of Facebook Pages you authorize, your publishing access to those Pages, and IDs and usernames of linked Instagram professional accounts.
- Authorization credentials: Meta user and Page access tokens are encrypted on our servers. TikTok provider tokens are managed by Lovable’s connection service; our app stores an encrypted per-user connection handle, not the raw TikTok token.
- Your uploads, images, videos, prompts, creative text, scheduling choices, selected publishing destinations and publication status/results.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as error reports and requests. We do not intentionally put authorization tokens in logs.
We do not request your social-media passwords, private messages, contacts, or followers for these publishing features.
3. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, show your connected accounts, generate and edit creatives, and publish only the content you instruct us to publish now or at a scheduled time. We also use it to diagnose problems, protect accounts and respond to support and deletion requests. We do not sell your personal information or use connected-account data to build unrelated advertising profiles.
4. Storage, security and service providers
App information is stored using Lovable Cloud. Account access is scoped to the signed-in user; social authorization credentials are encrypted and stored server-side. Uploaded media is held in private storage. When publishing to Meta, we supply a time-limited media link so Meta can fetch the file.
Lovable and its infrastructure and AI providers process information needed to operate the service. Prompts and source material sent for AI generation are processed by the selected generation service. TikTok and Meta receive the content you publish and process it under their own policies. Providers may process information outside your country. No security measure can eliminate all risk.
5. Retention and disconnecting
We retain account information and creatives while needed to provide your studio and until you delete them or request deletion, subject to legal and security needs. Authorization records are retained while the account remains connected. Use Accounts → Disconnect to remove a connection. Disconnecting Meta removes its stored credentials and cancels pending Meta posts; disconnecting a provider does not automatically erase studio creatives or posts already published on that provider.
You can also remove Libélula’s access in your TikTok account settings or Facebook’s Business Integrations settings. Meta’s verified removal/deletion callbacks remove the associated Meta connection and app-side Meta publishing records.
6. Your choices and deletion requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing jmealla@todotix.com from the email associated with your studio account. Include the account email and the scope of your request; never send passwords or tokens. We may verify account ownership before acting. See Data deletion for instructions.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in provider backups or where retention is legally required. Content already published on TikTok, Facebook or Instagram must be deleted on those services separately.
7. Cookies, children and updates
Sign-in uses browser storage and session information necessary to keep your account authenticated. The studio is not intended for children under 13 or anyone below the minimum age required by the relevant social platform. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above identifies the latest version.
